Next stop on our Eras Tour is Speak Now. A fabulous exhibition of storytelling, and one of my favorite albums by Taylor, you’ll want to shake up a round of these and tell stories of falling in love and getting your heart broken with your friends.

Could there every be a better album to come out just as you were starting high school? I’m not sure but I can tell you, this deep purple cocktail will make Sparks Fly!

Dear John

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz Chambord

  • 1/2 oz Violet Liqueur

  • 1/2 oz Butterfly Pea Flower Syrup

  • 1 oz Lemon Juice

  • 2 oz Empress Gin

  • Egg White

    Method: In a shaker, combine all ingredients. Dry shake for 15 seconds then add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with dried lavender.
